There is certainly more than one way to build a Bootcamp, which is one of the reasons they’re so popular among participants and fitness pros alike. The wide variety of formats, timing options, and exercise variations can feel overwhelming, however, as a newer professional just getting started. This workshop, for certified fitness instructors/personal trainers, helps to clarify all of the variables AND kicks creativity up a notch covering a wide variety of bootcamp types from traditional styles to HIIT workouts to themed classes to partner workouts and everything in between!
This workshop will provide an overview of Bootcamps, including warm-ups and cooldowns as well as provide templates for 5 different Bootcamps, complete with exercises and their progressions and regressions.
