Find Your Fit with Group Fitness Classes

Beginner Classes (11:15)

Whether you are just beginning your movement practice, or beginning again, this class will engage all major muscle groups and joint mobility, with range of motion and body weight exercises, as well as equipment such as a small, unweighted pilates ball (a pillow can be used to substitute). The exercises can be done seated (on a stable chair) or standing if suitable for you.

This class runs Mondays and Thursdays from 11:15-11:45 am and is limited to 5 participants AND requires participants to use a speaker and camera for safety and support.

The Spring session is 5 weeks, beginning on May 26th.

Circuit & Strength: Mondays; 8:30 am-9:15 am; VIRTUAL Designed to include work for our cardiovascular system as well as building muscle strength, we move through 8-12 exercises in a circuit format every week finishing with a light stretch. Modifications for all levels are always presented. Medium to heavy (as defined by you) hand weights, mini bands, and long bands are used for this class.

Muscle & Mobility: Wednesdays; 8:30 am-9:15 am; VIRTUAL Muscle strength and endurance are trained in this class, AND a focus on mobility rounds out our workout. The ability to be strong and stable is as important as being able to move our muscles and joints more freely. Modifications for all levels are always presented. Light, medium, and heavy (as defined by you) hand weights are used for this class.

Circuit & Stretch: Thursdays; 8:30 am-9:15 am; VIRTUAL Designed to include work for our cardiovascular system as well as muscular endurance, we move through 6-8 exercises in a circuit, with an enhanced stretching component to round out this class. Modifications for all levels are always presented. Light to medium (as defined by you) hand weights, mini bands, and long bands are used for this class.
