Summer CLASS SCHEDULE

Circuit & Strength: Mondays; 8:30 am-9:15 am; VIRTUAL A blend of circuit and HIIT formats, of 45:15, 60:30, Tabata, AMRAP and more! We incorporate both cardio training and strength training, and finish with a light stretch. Modifications for all levels are always presented. Medium to heavy (as defined by you) hand weights, mini bands, and long bands are used for this class.

Completely Cardio: NEW! Tuesdays; 8:30 am-9 am; VIRTUALA beat based cardio class complete with grapevines and v-steps! No equipment is needed for this class and modifications for all levels are always presented.

Muscle & Mobility: Wednesdays; 8:30 am-9:15 am; VIRTUAL‍ ‍Muscle strength is trained in this class, with a focus on mobility rounding out our workout, as the ability to be strong and stable is as important as being able to move our muscles and joints more freely. Modifications for all levels are always presented. Light, medium, and heavy (as defined by you) hand weights are used for this class.

Strength, Stability & Stretch: Thursdays; 8:30 am-9:15 am; VIRTUAL Using an unweighted Pilates ball, yoga block, light - medium weights, mini bands and long bands, this class challenges our muscle endurance, stability, balance, coordination, and finishes off with an enhanced stretching component. Modifications for all levels are always presented.

Flexibility & Core: NEW! Fridays; 8:30 am-9 am; VIRTUAL Using an unweighted Pilates ball, light - medium weights, mini bands and long bands, this class does a deep dive into training the muscles of the core, as well as a longer stretching component to finish off our workout week. Modifications for all levels are always presented.
