Deanna Lawson-Langford
Life & Wellness Coach, Fitness Pro & Professor

About Me

With a whack-load of experience and certification in my pocket, I have the proven ability to motivate, educate and empower. But, let’s face it, this isn’t about me… this is about you.

Frankly, the world needs more joy. More wellness. More people doing what they love, in the healthiest way possible. And I would LOVE to help you do this! If you’ve got a dream that makes you smile, a goal that’s been running on a treadmill through your mind, or an area of wellness that needs work, book a time to chat.

Experience

From teaching fitness classes to personal training to training new instructors to supervising a team of awesome women, I’ve run the gamut in the health and wellness field. I liked all of the things on that gamut… but I still felt something was missing.

I began to pay attention to my days, my thoughts, and my feelings, to discover what I liked versus what made me so freakin’ excited, that I couldn’t wait to share. This. You. Helping people find and achieve the things that make them “so freakin’ excited”, WHILE prioritizing their wellness, using all of my health, wellness, and coaching skills and experience. I can’t wait to connect!
