SUMMER Beginner (11:15am) Fitness Classes on Zoom-FULL CLASS PASS

CA$65.00

Whether you are just beginning your movement practice, or beginning again, this class will engage all major muscle groups and joint mobility, with range of motion and body weight exercises, as well as equipment such as a small, unweighted pilates ball (a pillow can be used to substitute). The exercises can be done seated (on a stable chair) or standing if suitable for you.

This class is limited to 5 participants AND requires participants to use a speaker and camera for safety and support.

The Summer session is 6 weeks, July 7-August 18th. The Full Class Pass includes all Monday & Thursday classes.

Please watch for the required registration paperwork to be emailed to you after payment is complete. The email will come directly from Deanna (that’s me!) deanna@deannalangfordcoaching.com
