


Beginner Fitness Class on Zoom-MONDAY 11:15am
Whether you are just beginning your movement practice, or beginning again, this class will engage all major muscle groups and joint mobility, with range of motion and body weight exercises, as well as equipment such as a small, unweighted pilates ball (a pillow can be used to substitute). The exercises can be done seated (on a stable chair) or standing if suitable for you.
This class is limited to 5 participants AND requires participants to use a speaker and camera for safety and support.
The MONDAY Spring session is 5 weeks, beginning on May 26th.
