This progressive full-body strength training workout includes 2 videos and a detailed program card. Video 1 supports you in getting started with more detailed exercise breakdowns and a slower pace, while Video 2 increases the pace of the workout and adds progressions to all exercises.
This program can be used as an adjunct to your weekly workout programs, or as a stand alone program which will help you to progress over the course of 4-6 weeks.
The program card (which contains unique video links, highlighted under the yellow heading) will be available for download on your post-purchase screen AND be emailed to you. **Please note you must download the PDF and save it to your device once you have received it as the download link expires 24 hours after delivery.
