Complete with a fillable program card and workout video, this program is designed to improve overall strength, flexibility and mobility, along with ensuring some of the unique needs of runners are met.

As running is very much a sagittal plane of motion (forward/back), this program includes some side to side (frontal plane) movement and rotation (transverse plane) for optimal cross training. Finally, endurance for lower back, abs and shoulders are covered as well as stability work for the ankle and foot.
