  • Virtual Training, 30 or 60 mins

  • Post Rehab personal training (60 mins, in-studio only)

Circuit Workout: Mondays; 8:30 am-9:15 am; VIRTUAL Designed to include work for our cardiovascular system as well as building muscle strength and endurance, we move through 8-12 exercises in a circuit format every week and finish each class with mobility and stretching. Modifications for all levels are always presented. Hand weights & bands are used for this class.

Muscle and Mobility: Wednesdays; 8:30 am-9:15 am; VIRTUAL Muscle strength and endurance are trained in this class, AND a focus on mobility rounds out our workout. The ability to be strong and stable is as important as being able to move our muscles and joints more freely. Modifications for all levels are always presented. Hand weights and bands are used for this class.

New for Spring 2024: Buchanan Park Neighbourhood Walking Group!

Walk or wheel your way through the Buchanan Park Neighbourhood, led by certified fitness pro and coach, Deanna from Deanna Langford Coaching.

Beginning Friday, April 26 for 10 weeks (until June 28th) from 9:30 am-10:30 am, our walking group will meet for a group warm-up, complete a 30-40 mins moderately paced walk through the neighbourhood, returning to home base for a group cooldown and stretch (specific address details sent after registration).

For folks who move on wheels, there is no charge for a support person to accompany you if you need.

Parents, grandparents, guardians are welcome to bring little ones in strollers.

And while we love our furry friends, this is a humans-only walking group.

I have been working out 3 times a week for the past four months with Deanna. Deanna is wonderful!! I can't say enough good things. Deanna is so motivating and exactly what I needed after being inactive for over a year.  The benefits I’m experiencing from the increased movement is both physical and mental.
